Community Parking Rules*
- DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK (Pedestrian Right of Way).
- DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ON THE GRASS (Damages the Irrigation System under the grass) - One or more tires on the grass will get the car towed without notice + If damage occurs to the irrigation system, the Irrigation Repair Bill will be added to the Unit as an Individual Assessment.
- NO STREET PARKING
- OVERNIGHT PARKING (9PM - 7AM) in visitor spaces is not allowed without a permit.
- NO HEAVY-DUTY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
- OPERABLE VEHICLES ONLY – Cars must be in working condition; no abandoned or non-running vehicles.
- VALID REGISTRATION – Vehicles must have current (non-expired) license tags/registration.
- NO RESIDENT PARKING IN GUEST PARKING
- NO RVs, TRAILERS, BOATS, ATVs, Limousines can be parked or stored in driveways, backyards, front yards, guest parking or any other common area except in garages out of view. (See Art. 13.5.1 Declaration)
- NO TARPAULIN COVERS on vehicles is permitted anywhere within the public view.
- Guest Parking Permits are not allowed for Resident Overflow, Storage, Long-term use.
- Permits are counted per unit, not per vehicle. Changing vehicles does not reset usage.
Permit Submission
- Maximum Guest Permits 76 nights per year per house, non- transferable;
19 nights per quarter, non-transferable.
- Permits must be submitted no later than 9:30 PM.
- The HOA is not responsible for vehicles towed if permits are submitted after 9:30PM deadline.
